Safe Cruz is the maximum representation of Canarian cuisine in Madrid. His restaurant, Gofio by Cicero, has become fashionable the cuisine of the islands in the capital with author proposals that raise the local product, getting included in the most famous gastronomic guides in just three years since the restaurant open.

This Canarian chef leads the kitchen of the Monkey Bar & Grill and Monkey Bravo! Italia restaurants. Before arriving at the Monkey Group, he has been part of the stoves of big hotels such as Bahia del Duque, La Plantación or Marenostrum and restaurants such as La Vieja, Gula, among others.

This young chef came to the kitchens of the Monkey which offers all their creativity for more than two years ago at the Asian restaurant group, The Oriental Monkey.

The passion for cooking came thanks to his father, also a cook. After completing his studies in Italy and travel the world, lands in Tenerife where it passes through the kitchens of Gula and Marenostrum up to the kitchen of Monkey Italian restaurant.
